“Incompetent staff, and rude too. Save yourself time and go to one of their other locations nearby.
They ‘couldn’t’ scan a QR code to generate a label for a return, said I had to contact the company that created the code as it was invalid. Went to the fedex a few blocks away, and the same QR code worked instantly. These guys don’t know what they’re doing.
They also ignored me for 10 mins when I walked in while the lady at the desk chopped it up with some friend who brought her coffee. Being friendly with someone is one thing, but this just came off as insulting while I was standing there waiting.”
