“Team is so rude and I had a QR code for Amazon that was supposed to include multiple items and they refused to put them in a package even though this was UPS drop off where Amazon said they were responsible for packaging all items. They also told me I was returning too many things as if there is a maximum (I had like 6 items, but I only even had so many things to return at once because I avoid going to ups because the experience is so bad every time)”

“This is my new fave UPS. It hasn’t been crowded another time I’ve gone – once to return Spectrum equipment, once to send a package. Marlon helped me both times. He was friend, polite but also got right to the point which made it super easy to get in and out. Usually I dread these kind of errands but now I’m thinking about who else I should send gifts to. Give this man a raise!”
