“Arrived around 5pm, saturday November 1st. Staff is super rude and cutting me off mid sentence for a basic super simple easy request to send a package out. Instead of listening to me she just cuts me off, rude introduction, all so she can get back to talking on her personal phone call. Like my request was so simple, and she was so aggravated… like I just walked in.
The last time I came a few weeks before, a male staff member was very simple and neutral for the same thing i went in for today.”

“The manager could use some training. I asked if overnight delivery is guaranteed. She says “everything we do is guaranteed”, and then proceeds to tell me that if an overnight delivery doesn’t get delivered, they’ll just try to redeliver it, and then tells me about the signature options. That’s not a guarantee — that’s just how it works. I’m asking what happens if they miss delivery!”

Went to the location on park Avenue this morning at 8.30 AM.
The only person behind the counter was absolutely rude to all customers.First customer that asked how to print correctly and myself needing an explanation about sending packages.
This is so unprofessional ! Not the first time this is happening with me as a regular customer in the neighborhood. We can also tell from terrible reviews !
