“Workers told me my package was lost and needed to contact the sender about insurance, etc…I looked at the tracking myself and asked “Is it possible it’s still just in transit?” They said “Oh yeah, you’re right.”
Showed up 15 minutes before their closing time (based on their store sign and google hours) and they were completely closed, no answer on the phone either. Looks like I’m not the only to complain about this, either, nice to see you’ve been working on solving this issue? Lol
