“Professional and speedy. I had no issues with this man , I went at 10pm he was an older gentleman nothing but excellent service. I paid his price with no complaints and realize those bad reviews that almost scared me away but I also realized they were complaining about his price for his business which is in high demand so the supply and demand price will be higher. My personal experience was Gucci (good).”

“Straightforward communication and priced exactly as listed in his storefront. We communicated by phone and text message swiftly and effectively. I showed up without an appointment at 5:20pm on a Thursday and there was no wait. He was there exactly as described down some stairs. You pass the documents and your ID through the plastic divider and he performs whatever service you request. The price for a notary seal on a PoA document was $20, cash or Zelle, which is more than fair. I highly recommend this notary service.”

“0 stars. This man. I have absolutely nothing good to say. I thought I heard price was $2 because it states 9-5 $2. I came after 5pm so it was supposed to cost more.
Okay my mistake.

I told him that I thought it was $2. He says that’s not the price I gave you the price. It’s $50 and I’m charging you an extra $5 for complaining. I said what that makes no sense.

I really needed the paperwork so I was like w/e and gave him my card through the window.
He takes the card, prints the paperwork, returns the card and KEEPS NOTARIZED PAPERWORK because I was “complaining”. He states he’s not gonna give me the paperwork because I was complying and walks away.

I’m like this has to be a joke.
I start yelling what are you doing?!? Sir give me my documents.
This becomes about a 40 minute back and forth with who I assume are his parents get involved. His argument is that he gave me my card back so he doesn’t have to give me any paper work.
I’m like I did not just sit her for you to keep my paperwork as I’m literally trying to pay you!!

If I had all the time in the world I’d ask him to shred my papers and I’d go elsewhere but I needed to get this in.

Eventually his dad got him to do the transaction (even though his dad was fussy with me too).
And I heard his parents talking and saying it’s because I must not have heard him properly through my he mic.

I’m like.. I can hear you guys in the other room. O can absolutely hear him.
Anyway DO NOT GO THERE.”
