Customer Reviews
Customer feedback for The UPS Store in Park Slope indicates mixed experiences, reflected in its 2.9-star rating. While some patrons praise specific staff members for professionalism and assistance, others express frustration regarding service charges, particularly for label printing and basic packaging. The store is recognized by some as a reliable option for shipping and mailbox services, despite occasional busy periods. The sentiment highlights both dedicated individual service and corporate policy critiques, suggesting variability in customer interactions.
“This is probably the least helpful UPS store in New York. They couldn’t care less about customer service, and will take advantage of you when you need to ship. I had 3 packages to ship and needed to print labels. They refused to print the label so had I use their computer to print labels and then hand it to them. They charged me to use the computer, plus an additional charge for the protective label holder. Only 2 labels were able to print due to a printer issue….I didn’t have time to tape the boxes so they charged me $6 for their labor. This required them using one small piece of tape per box.
All of the extra fee’s ended up being $12 which is absurd to print a pre paid label and ship. Go to another shipping store in the slope”

“Have used this location often and been recently unhappy with one attendant who is surly and impatient. But now they have a lovely new agent who is just delightful. Keep up the good work. A very pleasant experience.”

“For the last 6 years I have been regularly shipping packages, prepaid dropoffs and returns, from this store and the one on 5th. This UPS store (7th Ave) is by far the better option! It’s my go to now.
It gets very busy around 4-5pm but the staff has always been polite (even if overwhelmed and frantic). Computers to easily air drop files and print for a fee.”
