“I have used Time Shred in the past when I had my office and everyone was always so kind and professional. The driver who came today even remembered me, which truly meant a lot. When I called the office, the staff was pleasant and helped me right away, just like I remembered.

Unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet the high standard I had come to expect. I was not informed of the price or given a quote in advance. In the past, I was simply billed after the service, so this process was new to me. I understand that prices may have increased over time, but the way the situation was handled felt disappointing. When I spoke with the staff, the tone became dismissive. I asked to speak with the owner for clarification, but my call was never transferred.

It truly saddens me to share this because I have had wonderful experiences with Time Shred in the past. I hope they take this feedback to heart and return to the warmth, communication, and professionalism that once made their service stand out.”

“I have been trying to systematically shred documents, invoices, medical files, etc that I have methodically stored for over 10yrs, and finally acknowledged that the task required more time and better equipment than I had. My GOOGLE search lead me to Time Shred Services. I liked their reviews and called to find out about the service they provide.
My files, documents, and stacks of paper, including old hard disc drives almost filled the 96 gallon container.
Just call the am of pick up day to get an ETA window frame. The crew is very professional. The container is loaded into the truck and you watch as everything gets shredded. Definitely a Great Service! A great time saver and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.”

“Easy to use, good service. I contacted another company first, before contacting Time Shred. This other company told me I had to sign a contract and it would be 2+ weeks to schedule an appointment. I looked up their reviews online and was shocked at how bad they were. I searched for another shredding company, and two people recommended Time Shred to me. Very glad we used them instead. They were easy to reach, didn’t require signing any contract, and we were able to schedule an appointment a few days later. They arrived when they were supposed to and helped us shred 40+ bankers boxes in under an hour. I paid after the service was done. No complaints. I would absolutely use them again in the future for shredding services.”
