I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my experience at your UPS Store location on Farmington Road in Flushing on the morning of October 2nd.

I first stopped by around 9:00 a.m. to drop off an Amazon return. Due to time constraints, I decided to return later in the day. When I came back at 1:41 p.m., I was assisted by the same staff member as earlier. Unfortunately, during the second visit, the employee appeared to be focused on their phone throughout the interaction and did not make eye contact or engage in a professional manner.

I understand that everyone has busy or off days, but the lack of attentiveness made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming. I doubt this reflects the standards you set for your staff, and I wanted to bring it to your attention with the hope that it can be addressed constructively.
