“I had an incredible experience at the UPS Store thanks to Muhammad, the manager. We came in trying to return a couch — not exactly the easiest item to ship — and none of the boxes were the right size. Instead of turning us away, Muhammad took full control and got creative. He literally built a custom box himself to make it work perfectly. He was calm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Muhammad is an amazing manager and person — UPS is lucky to have him!”

I was initially told there were no envelopes available, even though envelopes were clearly displayed and accessible. After selecting one myself, I asked for advice on the safest way to ship a check.

Only after all of this did I get told that their system “wasn’t working.” This information should have been communicated immediately instead of wasting my time. The lack of communication and overall inefficiency made the entire visit feel pointless.

If the system is down, customers should be told upfront. This was a complete waste of time and very poorly handled.”
