“This is my initial experience at this UPS branch. I can’t understand why I was visiting the other locations that are further away when this one is nearest to my residence.
A young Afro-American lady was exceptionally nice and very helpful in handling my packages.
On the other hand, the Asian woman worker, who had long hair (possibly the owner?), was impolite and poorly mannered. She shoved my belongings aside and maneuvered around people without a single word of “Excuse me.” I’m sorry, but I was brought up to be more courteous.”
