“I understand the frustration of having to work on a snowy day like today, but being greeted with a rude attitude right from the start is unacceptable. The employee not only refused to accept my package, which clearly had a return label, but also accused me of lying about how I received it from Amazon. I am extremely disappointed with this company. As a business owner who frequently ships packages here, I found it particularly upsetting that the woman who was dismissive and uncooperative who wore a mask and would not provide her name or the manager’s name. No problem,I will be leaving a negative review and encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. I would prefer to ship at Staples rather than return here again. PS . To clarify nothing wrong with wearing a mask, but that’s the only way I could describe the person who was rude.”

“My package was damaged during shipping from this UPS location. I want to clarify that I have no issues with the internal staff at the office — they were polite and helpful. The problem is with the UPS delivery guy. When he loads packages into his ups van, he throws them very aggressively, as if he doesn’t care about the parcels. Because of this rough handling, the boxes get damaged right at the loading stage. As a result, I now have to refund my customer for a broken item. I kindly ask UPS management to review the loading process and make the necessary adjustments to ensure packages are handled with care.”

“Literally a joke. I’ve never had a bad experience at a UPS store outside of the two times I’ve come here. I just stood in line for 10 minutes without even a hi to a store with 4 employees moving like NPCs. Just avoid it and go elsewhere.”
