Customer Reviews
Customer sentiment for The UPS Store on Flatbush Avenue is significantly mixed, reflected in its 2.4-star rating. While some patrons report positive, attentive interactions and effective service management despite queues, others describe experiences as unprofessional, rude, and unreliable, particularly concerning package handling and staff accountability. The overall impression suggests variability in service quality, impacting perceived professionalism and reliability based on individual visits and staff interactions.
“I can’t comprehend why this store has received such low ratings! I’ve visited 2-3 times and have consistently experienced positive interactions. While there may be a line, they manage it effectively and are both friendly and attentive. Every customer receives dedicated time and care, making the wait worthwhile—honestly, the wait isn’t that long, especially considering how common lines are these days. If you’re in a hurry, it’s best to avoid stopping by, as you might need to queue. It’s a small store filled with boxes and staffed by 3-4 hardworking individuals. The manager is wonderful, and her team is just as lovely. For me, it’s a solid FIVE STARS!”

“On 26 November 2025, I was verbally abused & threatened by employee Todd Singleton. It was Thanksgiving Eve and the line was extremely long. He was dealing with a customer, making small talk for an absurd amount of time, completely ignoring the line. Everyone on the line was complaining but I am the only one that spoke up. Todd then spoke to me in an incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional manner, including naming his hometown city and they do to people like me. I am going to file a police report, as I do not take threats lightly. He would have never spoken to me like that if I were a man or if I were White. A customer stayed behind as a witness to back up my side, when I complained to the manager.”
★
“I went in to drop off a bulky return with a prepaid label, and the experience was genuinely terrible. The employee watched someone cut in front of me and said nothing, then proceeded to help her while I stood there holding a huge box. When she left, he didn’t acknowledge me at all — no apology, no greeting, nothing.
It was rude, unprofessional, and really disappointing. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this location.”
