FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 335 Broadway in TriBeCa currently holds a 3.2-star rating based on 166 customer reviews. This Manhattan location, positioned within a block of City Hall Park, offers services for local businesses and residents requiring document management. While primarily recognized for printing and shipping, the center addresses aspects of commercial document disposal. Companies seeking secure data handling for sensitive records, including medical record shredding and legal document destruction, can inquire about off-site options. For those needing to dispose of digital assets securely, hard drive crushing services might be accessible through partner programs. Clients often require clarity on provisions for recurring scheduled shredding versus one-time purge services, critical for maintaining compliance and a proper chain of custody. However, customer feedback highlights operational challenges; some patrons describe the store as “extremely understaffed and overworked,” impacting service for various tasks. Other reviews mention “unfriendly” customer interactions concerning shipping policies, occasionally leading customers to seek alternative providers for their secure material handling requirements. Customer Reviews

Customer feedback for FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 335 Broadway frequently highlights challenges with staffing levels and service quality, impacting customer experiences related to printing and shipping. Patrons reported long waits and perceived unfriendliness from staff, leading some to seek alternative providers. While the facility offers essential services, the consistency of professionalism and reliability appears inconsistent based on these customer voices, suggesting areas for operational improvement to meet service expectations for secure material handling inquiries.

“The store was extremely understaffed and overworked. I needed help with some printing and photocopying. There were only two workers in the whole store, and they were trying to do so many different tasks at the same time.
I felt so bad asking them for help because they were talking amongst themselves about how their store is so understaffed.
It was a very stressful experience, and I kept hesitating to ask for their help and tried to do it on my own.
Please pay them more or hire more workers for reasonable customer service.
The reason I gave two stars is for the workers who were still trying their best”

★★

“Terrible experience trying to ship a package at this location. Customer service person was extremely unfriendly and told me that FedEx does not insure packages. She then asked the value and told me that I would be charged based on the value, even though it wasn’t “insurance“. I had packed an item in the original packaging (it was a computer) but she told me that she couldn’t put in the full value due to the fact that it has been opened. I finally left and went to UPS. Really unfortunate downfall for a company that has traditionally been known for high levels of Customer Service.”

★★

“The only reason why I would still frequent the place was just because there isn’t any other copy center nearby… After my most recent customer service experience I think I will now walk the extra five or 10 minutes needed to get to a different FedEx or UPS copy store.
For real people whatever happened to just regular decent customer service?”
